TSS Consultancy rolls out Employee Stock Ownership Plan

Over the years every member of the company has been contributing to the success of TSS. We recognise the wealth creation opportunity that is deserved by approximately 20% of the company members who have been extremely hardworking to fight financial crimes.

We have successfully completed our first round of granting employee stock options which has been accepted by 69 employees which is 100% of the employees to whom it was offered.

The fundamental criteria for ESOP grant has been

  1. Loyalty
  2. Ownership
  3. Performance

ESOPs gives ownership interest in the form of shares of stock. We believe in sharing ownership, wealth and responsibilities.

We propose to have more Employee Stock Options in the coming years to continuously reward the deserving employees.
