Trackwizz Hosts Mumbai’s Largest AML/CFT Event

"Fighting Financial Crime the New Way" was a landmark event in the compliance sector, held on 23rd July 2024 at the Sofitel Hotel, BKC. The event saw a remarkable turnout with 335 attendees, including representatives from 123 client institutions.

We were honored to have Shri Sivasubramanian Ramann as our Chief Guest, who served as Chairman and MD of the Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) until April 2024, is the former MD and CEO of National E-governance Services Ltd (NeSL) and has also held the esteemed role of Principal Accountant General for Jharkhand.

We were delighted to have Padmaja Chunduru, MD and CEO of NSDL, as our Guest of Honour. With over 30 years of experience in banking and regulatory services across India and the USA, she is a highly accomplished leader in financial services.

The event commenced with a welcome speech by our Director and CFO, Chandrakant Tanna, followed by the screening of a corporate AV. Next, we had an engaging session titled “Digital KYC: Have We Reached the Finish Line?” conducted by our CEO Sagar Tanna, along with our CTO Malay Shah. Then our esteemed Chief Guest, Shri Sivasubramanian Ramann, delivered an inspiring keynote address.

FATF India Mutual Evaluation Report Simplified

The first results from India’s FATF evaluation are looking very promising! To help understand the same, with the guidance of our advisor Dr. John Mathews, DBA, CAMS, FCAP we have compiled a new report “FATF India Mutual Evaluation - simplified”.

Dr. John Matthews addressed all our attendees and shared his views on how India's FATF mutual evaluation marks a significant milestone in the country’s efforts to strengthen its financial integrity. As we look ahead, it’s clear that this evaluation will pave the way for even more robust systems to combat financial crime, ensuring a safer and more transparent global financial environment for us all.
