On 28 January 2026, TrackWizz received its registration as an Offline Verification Seeking Entity (OVSE) under the Aadhaar Act, 2016. The certificate was presented to our CEO, Sagar Tanna, and KYC Lead, Ranjeet Mendon, marking an important achievement in our journey to simplify and strengthen KYC processes.
The Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) allows organizations to verify identity using Aadhaar through a secure offline process but only after they meet strict standards around data privacy and security.
Being registered as an OVSE means TrackWizz can now enable Aadhaar-based verification without requiring real-time biometric authentication. This makes the process faster, more secure and privacy-friendly, while still remaining fully compliant.
In simple terms, it allows businesses to verify customer identities quickly and safely, with user consent, and without unnecessary friction.
TrackWizz has been a trusted player in the KYC and CKYC ecosystem for years, supporting institutions in onboarding and compliance at scale.
As a CKYC integrated platform, we have contributed to over 50+ crore records in the CKYCR, helping streamline and standardize KYC processes across sectors.
With the OVSE registration, we are now able to build on this foundation by introducing faster, more secure, and privacy-centric Aadhaar-based verification capabilities.
Leveraging its OVSE registration and Aadhaar-integrated middleware capabilities, TrackWizz enables critical use cases including KYC remediation, re-KYC, dormant account activation, and liveliness checks, allowing institutions to streamline compliance processes while ensuring secure and seamless customer verification.
TrackWizz acknowledges the support and guidance of the officials whose leadership made this possible: Shri Jitin Prasada, Minister of State for Commerce, Industry, Electronics and IT; Shri S. Krishnan, Secretary, Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology; Shri Neelkanth Mishra, Chairman, UIDAI; and Shri Bhuvnesh Kumar, CEO - UIDAI.
OVSE registration is not just an important moment; rather it is a step forward in building a more seamless and trustworthy KYC ecosystem.
As India’s digital identity framework continues to evolve, TrackWizz remains committed to simplifying compliance while maintaining the highest standards of security and reliability.
A special moment from the event was our team’s interaction with UDAY, UIDAI’s Aadhaar mascot, who represents trust, security, and ease of identity verification in India’s digital ecosystem.
