TSS Consultancy has received an investment from WestBridge Capital at a valuation of Rs
900 crore in its maiden fund raise. WestBridge Capital (https://westbridgecap.com) is an
experienced investment firm, managing over $8 bn of capital across 160 investment in 20
years. A few of the investments in India include HDFC Bank, Bajaj Finance, FreshWorks,
AU Small Finance Bank, CRIF Highmark, ICICI Bank, CIBIL & Experian.
Utilisation of Investments:
The funds raised will be utilised for research & development particularly artificial intelligence
and to significantly scale the SaaS offerings including the launch of new products in niche
areas of financial crime.
Member on Board :
Mr. Deepak Ramineedi, Director, WestBridge Capital joins the board of TSS Consultancy
with this investment. Deepak comes on board with deep knowledge of the financial services
sector and focuses on long term investment opportunities. Currently he leads fintech
investments for the fund.
